Everything about Exposure Album totally explained
Exposure is the debut album by the
Miami-based
dance-pop trio
Exposé, released in 1987 (see
1987 in music). It reached number sixteen on the
Billboard 200 and number twenty on the
Top R&B/Hip-Hop Albums, and went double platinum by the
RIAA in May 1990. Besides, the album spawned the group's biggest hit as yet, the
Billboard Hot 100 one-week number-one ballad "
Seasons Change". It also contained their breakthrough hit, "Come Go with Me", which peaked at number five. Also featured are a re-recorded version of "Point of No Return" (#5 U.S.) and "Let Me Be the One" (#7 U.S.).
When first released, the album featured the original 1984 recording of "
Point of No Return", with lead vocals by Alé Lorenzo. On all subsequent releases, the re-recording with Jeanette Jurado on lead is featured. All prints of the album feature the original 1985 recording of "Exposed to Love", with lead vocals by Alé Lorenzo.
